Karen joined Tim's Total Fitness as a member in March 2003. Weighing in at 200 pounds, she says she needed a change. Karen started teaching Belly Dancing in 2006 and now teaches Pilates and a Bands & Ball class as well. In 2007, Karen received her personal training certification. She enjoys working out and teaching others how to train without getting hurt. Karen placed 5th in the Debbie Kruck Figure Competition August 16th, 2008 with her show weight being 120 pounds.
