Tim's Total Fitness has provided excellent fitness programs & services to its members since April 2002.
The fitness center offers a full range of exercise equipment. Certified trainers are on staff to personally tailor your fitness program so that you will successfully reach your health and fitness goals. A Group Fitness Program is being offered that includes low impact aerobics, Step, Pilates, belly dancing, spin, and total body toning classes.
Tim's Total Fitness is a 24-hour facility, under constant surveillance by day/night cameras making it a safe place to work out at any time, day or night. The club has an accredited emergency response plan for your safety. Our employees are certified in CPR and First Aid.
